About Us

Rocco Faiella started as an Advisor in the Insurance and Investment Industry in 1983 then moved on to Sales Manager until December of 1992. Charlene Faiella had developed an extensive background in office administration and management skills and was eager to use her skills in business.

The couple had a vision of being able to help advisors and clients achieve more and so on January 1, 1993, Rocco and Charlene Faiella incorporated Faiella Financial Group.

This new vision of the company served two functions: To create a new Managing General Agency throughout Northern Ontario which made available the top Canadian Insurance & Financial Companies’ products and services to Faiella Financial’s Advisor Network. To offer these same expanded financial products and services to our Faiella Financial Group client base over the years

Community Involvement

Both Rocco and Charlene Faiella have a strong commitment to Sudbury and giving back to their community. They have both been involved in Youth Sports Programs in support of their children and are actively involved in various Fund Raising and charitable events.
