Online Efficiency 24 hours a day.

Does your MGA have a comprehensive online presence so that you can get forms, applications or marketing material after hours? Can you request suppliers, quotes, register for seminars or use financial calculators online without having to contact your MGA?

Quality Pay Grid

A quality MGA should pay their broker in a fair and competitive way. How can you ensure you are being paid fairly for your volume of business?

Faiella Financial Group determines a bonus level based on a calendar year’s production with ALL suppliers, thereby basing a bonus on their TOTAL business, regardless of supplier. We also offer retroactive enhancements on the bonus level at year end. Should a broker “over-achieve” the bonus level they were paid in a year, we will retroactively (back to January 1) pay them the difference between what they were paid and what they qualified for.
